Jenn began her career as a stylist in 2004. The art of hair design and love for making people feel more beautiful and confident runs through her veins as she is the granddaughter of not one, but two hairstylists! She has always heavily pursued continuing education and has completed advanced courses all over the world from Washington DC, to Dallas, to New York City and even Berlin, Germany. One of her favorites is the Sassoon Academy in Chicago having completed 3 courses there and counting! Jenn & her husband Chris opened Salon Yeager in January 2015 and have found the most joy (besides raising 3 boys) in helping those that join the Salon Yeager family grow their careers and live the life of their dreams. In addition to working behind the chair as a stylist, Jenn has developed an in-house education program to help advance the skills of all of her fellow stylists. She also keeps up with the salon’s social media and marketing and does career coaching with her team members. As an Artist with her preferred brand, L’Oreal Professionnel, she is excited to help elevate the industry as she teaches all over the nation. However, her most favorite team to teach is her very own home team at Salon Yeager!

Chris Yeager was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After marrying Jenn, he moved across the country to TN where he graduated from UT with a degree in Psychology. He attended a course in 2009 on salon ownership at the Summit Salon Academy in Tampa, and continued to study the field extensively. In 2011 he joined the salon industry as a manager and career coach. He received further training in 2013 when he attended The Experience by Millennium in Miami. He enjoys serving guests and making people feel comfortable in the salon.

Kelsey, a Knoxville native, says her favorite thing about being a stylist is having the opportunity to make people feel good about themselves. She has received extensive training with Goldwell, KMS California, TIGI, Global Keratin, Amika, Ouidad and L’Oreal Professional color and product lines. She has advanced her cut and color skills by taking courses at the KMS Academies in NYC and Atlanta and the Sassoon Academy in Chicago. Kelsey has also been certified in extension application and Brazilian Blowout treatments. Her friendly personality and drive to be the best sets guests at ease in her chair and keeps them coming back.

Andi is a 22-year-old Knoxville native with a lifelong passion for the hair industry. From a young age, she’s been drawn to the magic of helping others feel confident and beautiful through their hair. Whether it’s a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, Andi’s goal is always to help her guests feel like the best version of themselves. When she’s not behind the chair, Andi loves spending time with her beloved cat, Phoebe—her “daughter and best friend.” A proud cat mom for life, she brings that same warmth and care into everything she does.

Emma loves making her guests feel seen and heard by giving them a thorough consultation, followed by an exceptional experience.  She specializes in balayages, "lived-in blonde" looks, copper shades, and extensions. In her free time she enjoys shopping for all things girly, and the beach is her favorite vacation spot!

Natalie was born and raised in Maryville, TN. She strives to make clients feel heard, cared for and confident while providing a fun and personalized service. She loves anything to do with the outdoors, Dolly Parton and Exploring Tennessee. She has 3 beautiful fur babies and 1 handsome boyfriend that mean the world to her! Her true passion is in color transformation, hair cutting and extensions.

With over six years of experience, she’s passionate about continuing her education and exploring new techniques to keep her work feeling fresh, modern, and inspiring.

Caroline loves the excitement and the confident smile her guests get when they see their finished look in her chair. Born and raised in Strawberry Plains, TN she knew from a young age that she was going to grow up and join the beauty industry (her Barbie dolls can attest to that)! Caroline specializes in blondes and enjoys customizing placement, technique, and tones for each guest.  Caroline is a dog momma to her Nova girl.

Kayla is from the suburbs of Chicago and has been a hairstylist for 10 years. While she loves all color and haircuts, her specialty is in balayage and lived in looks

Perri has a goal to connect with every guest on both a personal and professional level, striving to be a steady place for you to just be yourself and feel accepted. She has been doing hair all across Tennessee since 2016.  She specializes in Brazilan Blowout smoothing treatments, extensions,  color services, and making you feel and look like the baddie you are! Perri has been married to her best friend for 7 years and they have 2 precious children who love life and people just as much as they do!  As a family, when they are not at the ballfield, they enjoy being outdoors and taking on new hobbies together.  As your stylist, she looks forward to getting to know more about the important things in your life and your hair. To her, you are not just a client, you are family!

Paige joined the Salon Yeager family in the summer of 2021 after moving to the area with her husband who is a Knoxville native. Things worked out well for him with Paige quickly becoming a Vol fan since her favorite color is orange! Prior to moving she lived in a suburb of Atlanta and worked as a salon manager for about 6 years there. Paige comes from a large family and family is so very important to her. She also is an adoring cat momma to 3 babies, Nuggie, “B”, and “G”. Paige loves the beauty industry because it is always changing and she says there is always something to learn. She delights in watching people grow.

Jessie, a Knoxville native, recently earned her degree in Business-Entrepreneurship from Pellissippi State. Her mission is to ensure that everyone she meets feels welcomed and happy. Outside of the salon, she loves spending time with her family and friends and indulging in early 2000s TV shows. What she enjoys most about working at Salon Yeager is witnessing stunning hair transformations and continually expanding her knowledge of the beauty industry.
