Jenn began her career as a stylist in 2004. The art of hair design and love for making people feel more beautiful and confident runs through her veins as she is the granddaughter of not one, but two hairstylists! She has always heavily pursued continuing education and has completed advanced courses all over the world from Washington DC, to Dallas, to New York City and even Berlin, Germany. One of her favorites is the Sassoon Academy in Chicago having completed 3 courses there and counting! Jenn & her husband Chris opened Salon Yeager in January 2015 and have found the most joy (besides raising 3 boys) in helping those that join the Salon Yeager family grow their careers and live the life of their dreams. In addition to working behind the chair as a stylist, Jenn has developed an in-house education program to help advance the skills of all of her fellow stylists. She also keeps up with the salon’s social media and marketing and does career coaching with her team members. As an Artist with her preferred brand, L’Oreal Professionnel, she is excited to help elevate the industry as she teaches all over the nation. However, her most favorite team to teach is her very own home team at Salon Yeager!

Chris Yeager was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After marrying Jenn, he moved across the country to TN where he graduated from UT with a degree in Psychology. He attended a course in 2009 on salon ownership at the Summit Salon Academy in Tampa, and continued to study the field extensively. In 2011 he joined the salon industry as a manager and career coach. He received further training in 2013 when he attended The Experience by Millennium in Miami. He enjoys serving guests and making people feel comfortable in the salon.

Dawn is deeply passionate about her career and is dedicated to using her platform to empower and uplift women every day. She lives by the mantra, “I am called to love, so I am here to love… everyone.” A committed lifelong learner, Dawn consistently pursues advanced education opportunities. She has trained at prestigious institutions such as the Toni & Guy Academy in both New York City and London, the Vidal Sassoon Academy in San Francisco, and completed cut and color courses in Vancouver. Additionally, she has attended several L’Oréal Professionnel academy classes, including two in New York City and one in Chicago. She has been accepted into the L’Oréal Professional Artist team and will travel to teach and share her love of the industry. Dawn has participated in the Behind the Chair Show in San Antonio and Austin, TX, and earned her Ouidad certification for curly hair in NYC. She is also certified in Mago and Bellami Extensions and Brazilian Blowout treatments. On a personal level, Dawn is dedicated to being the best wife, mother, and woman of faith she can be.

Hannah began her career as a stylist in 2006. She is one of the select few Ouidad specialists in Tennessee, which allows her to specialize in curly hair. She is also an extension specialist certified with Aqua for Tape-Ins and Hand Tied Wefts. Hannah has attended the Toni & Guy Academy in Santa Monica, CA, and the L’Oreal Makeover class in NYC. She has studied and worked with Graham Webb, Framesi, KMS California, Goldwell, Amika, Ouidad, & L’Oreal Professional color and product lines. She worked with a team of stylists to create the looks for the 2012 Knoxville Fashion Week runway events. Hannah listens to her clients while bringing out the best in their hair.

Bellami Extension Specialist

Originally from Florida, Alison had the opportunity during her senior year of high school to study cosmetology. She placed this dream on hold to start her family. Life’s journey took her to Tennessee where she met and married the love of her life, Brandon. With the support of her tribe, she rejoined the beauty industry and has been on fire ever since! Alison continually immerses herself in education, allowing her to give her guests the very best experience and results.  She also pays it forward by mentoring and educating newer stylists. Some of her specializations include certification in all 5 methods of Bellami Extension installation methods, Ouidad Curly Hair Certification and L’Oreal Professionnel Color Ambassador.

Rose is a passionate hairstylist with a degree in art and education, dedicated to mastering her craft. She has completed numerous advanced courses, including her favorite training at the Toni & Guy Academy in London. Her specialties include edgy haircuts, short styles, curly cuts, highlights, and balayage, and she is proud to be Ouidad certified for curly hair. Outside the salon, Rose enjoys spending time with her husband and their three fur babies, nurturing her garden, creating art, and exploring new travel destinations.

Are you ready for this fun fact? Brett was in an all-female acapella group and was the beat boxer so better believe you’re going to have a good time in this Yeagerbabe’s chair! A Knoxville native, and graduate of Tennessee School of Beauty, Brett loves connecting with those in her community and making them feel their very best. She wants you to know that her chair is always a safe space full of light and love and everyone is welcome. As she grows her career, Brett hopes to be able to educate and mentor other stylists.

Victoria’s area of expertise is highlights and blonding. She has also completed certifications in Brazilian Blowout treatments, vivid color application, and tape-in extensions. As a stylist, she wants to make sure to give each guest an experience that leaves them feeling confident and beautiful. She wants to make sure she is always learning new things so she can provide her guests with the latest and greatest techniques and styles. In 2020 Victoria was on a team that was one of 5 semi-finalists in their category in the entire nation for L’Oreal Professionnel’s Color & Style Trophy competition! A fun fact about Victoria is she is obsessed with cows and hopes to own land one day where she can raise them along with a family and live life to the fullest!

Extension Specialist

Sascha’s goal is to make all of her guests feel beautiful in and out of the salon. When you arrive for your visit with her, you’ll notice pretty quickly that she is smiles and happiness! She started her career as a color specialist and that continues to be favorite service to provide. Sascha also loves to give big bouncy style outs. She is originally from Massachusetts and loves to cook, garden, and spend time with family. Her “baby” is an English mastiff named Church.

Cheyenne was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and is a graduate of TN School of Beauty. She specializes in color, with blonding being her favorite. Cheyenne is outgoing, fun-spirited, and loves meeting new people and enhancing everyone's natural beauty. In her off time, she loves being at the beach.  She married her highschool sweetheart and they have the cutest little boy!

Brazilian Blowout Certified

Trinity is a Knoxville-area stylist who grew up in Jefferson City, Tennessee. She specializes in transformative blonding and customized extensions, helping each guest achieve their healthiest, most confident version of dream hair. Trinity’s passion lies in creating looks that reflect both beauty and balance, leaving her guests feeling incredible inside and out.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her listening to country music, enjoying an iced coffee, spending time with her puppy, and surrounded by her favorite color — pink! Trinity can’t wait to welcome you to her chair and bring your hair goals to life.

Neely graduated from Tennessee School of Beauty in 2022. Her areas of expertise are highlights, balayage, and layered cuts. Since graduating cosmetology school Neely has continued her education by taking advanced coloring and cutting courses. She aims to provide a personalized experience for each of her guests, taking whatever steps necessary to reach their goal while also keeping the integrity of their hair as top priority. She loves making people feel like the best version of themselves. She is a Knoxville native, is married to her high school sweetheart and has a baby boy. She values family and her career above all else!

Jada was raised in Maynardville, TN. She is a small town, country girl with a big personality. She graduated from Tennessee School of Beauty. Jada makes every client in her chair feel like they have been friends for years. She loves continuing her education and perfecting her technique. When she’s not working at the salon, she loves spending time with her family and her pets. She is the first hair stylist in her family and can’t wait to grow in this industry!

Abby comes from a very small town in TN, Granger County. She made her way to Knoxville to pursue her passion in cosmetology.  She strives every day to build a real relationship with each and every guest while giving them the hair of their dreams.  Abby specializes in blonding and extensions.  Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with her two dogs.

Marcus is an adventurous soul with a passion for hair, gaming, softball, and creativity! He is always up for a challenge. Get ready to embark on an epic journey with him as he makes magic with your hair!

Natalie was born and raised in Maryville, TN. She strives to make clients feel heard, cared for and confident while providing a fun and personalized service. She loves anything to do with the outdoors, Dolly Parton and Exploring Tennessee. She has 3 beautiful fur babies and 1 handsome boyfriend that mean the world to her! Her true passion is in color transformation, hair cutting and extensions.

Maria is passionate about helping every guest feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She specializes in creating effortless, lived-in brunettes and blondes, balayage, and custom haircuts that enhance her clients’ natural beauty and lifestyle.

Originally from Mexico, Maria moved to the U.S. in 2021. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys baking, coloring with markers, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Zeus. She loves connecting with people and making them feel their very best—both inside and out.

Brittony moved to Tennessee in 2020, from Cincinnati, OH. Before becoming a hairstylist she received a BS in Biology and worked in research, but decided to pursue her passion and go back to school for cosmetology. Committed to continuous growth, Brittony has completed several specialized courses, including advanced cutting at the renowned Sassoon Academy in Boston and blonding and lived-in color techniques at the L’Oréal ProLab in Los Angeles. She is also certified in Brazilian Blowout and Bellami extensions. Her goal is to consistently expand her expertise to better serve her clients, offering not only exceptional results but also a welcoming, relaxing environment. Outside of work, Brittony enjoys reading, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, Tyler, and their miniature dachshunds.

A lifelong resident of East Tennessee, Anistin has grown up in this beautiful region and is now raising her own family here. She and her husband, Noah, after a year of marriage, recently welcomed their first daughter, Maelyn Ann, into their lives. Professionally, Anistin has been part of the Salon Yeager team for over a year, where she has expanded her skills through continued education classes in haircutting, hair coloring, and more. Anistin can't wait to see you in her chair!

Abbagale, originally from Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, began her professional journey in the Knoxville area four years ago. With a foundation in cosmetology that started during high school, she is a recent graduate of the Tennessee School of Beauty (Class of 2024). Abbagale is passionate about helping clients feel confident and at ease. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.

Jordan has been passionate about her career since she was a child. She loves making her clients feel special and confident by enhancing their natural beauty. She holds her faith close to her heart and treasures time spent with her loved ones. When she's not at the salon, you can find her hanging out with friends and family, attending concerts, and cheering for the Vols!

Piper grew up in the small mountain town of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, where creativity and community shaped her from a young age. With a natural talent for connecting with people, she discovered her passion for cosmetology early on—turning her love for beauty and self-expression into an art form. Music has always been her heartbeat; she’s a singer, songwriter, and guitarist whose soulful sound reflects the stories and spirit of her roots. Known for her infectious laughter and uplifting energy, Piper has a way of making everyone around her feel seen, inspired, and ready to take on the world.

Paige joined the Salon Yeager family in the summer of 2021 after moving to the area with her husband who is a Knoxville native. Things worked out well for him with Paige quickly becoming a Vol fan since her favorite color is orange! Prior to moving she lived in a suburb of Atlanta and worked as a salon manager for about 6 years there. Paige comes from a large family and family is so very important to her. She also is an adoring cat momma to 3 babies, Nuggie, “B”, and “G”. Paige loves the beauty industry because it is always changing and she says there is always something to learn. She delights in watching people grow.

Jessie, a Knoxville native, recently earned her degree in Business-Entrepreneurship from Pellissippi State. Her mission is to ensure that everyone she meets feels welcomed and happy. Outside of the salon, she loves spending time with her family and friends and indulging in early 2000s TV shows. What she enjoys most about working at Salon Yeager is witnessing stunning hair transformations and continually expanding her knowledge of the beauty industry.

Meet Liv, a student at UT and a concierge staff member at Salon Yeager. She absolutely loves the salon environment, having spent her childhood hanging out in salons after school where her mom worked. Liv has always felt a deep connection to the beauty industry and from the age of 6 started playing with any hair she could get her hands on. Originally from Chicago, Liv moved to Knoxville to pursue a degree in Advertising before enrolling in cosmetology school. But hair is her true passion, and she can’t wait to get behind the chair and make people’s Pinterest dreams come true! For now, she practices blowouts and styles on her patient roommates and family members and learns as much as she can through watching, listening, and asking questions. Salon Yeager has been Liv’s home since September 2024 and she adores greeting each sweet face that enters through the door and loves making Salon Yeager feel like their home too! When she’s not working, Liv enjoys spending time with her roommates and indulging in her hobbies like fashion, cooking, art, and shopping. She’s also a proud momma to her adorable kitty, Annie, and she’s excited to give her some furry sisters someday. Additionally, she loves traveling back up north to spend quality time with her loving long-distance boyfriend, mom, and sister. (She’s hoping to convince them that Tennessee is the perfect place for them too!)
